Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Northern United Rugby Football Club Incorporated.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Northern United Rugby football Club will be held on Monday 14th December 2020 at 6.00 p.m. The venue will be the Norths Rugby clubrooms at 100 Mungavin Avenue Porirua City.

Agenda     

i.    receive the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts     
ii.   election of members     
iii.  election of officers     
iv.  Members of the Committee     
v.   Ratification of the draft Constitution and for the transaction of any business in respect of which notice in                writing shall have been given to the Secretary no later than fourteen14 days before the date fixed for the              holding of the meeting, and for the transaction of any general business

Twenty members present at an Annual General Meeting shall constitute quorum

A copy of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts shall, after adoption, be signed by the Chairman of the meeting

Expressions of interest are also being sought for the following roles for 2021:
·       Treasurer
·       Junior Convenor
·       Bar Manager
