Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Executive Committee has approved that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 21 December 2022, Norths Rugby Club, 100 Mungavin Avenue at 6.00pm.  We realise that this is close to Christmas and hope that everyone can attend as we prepare for our 2023 season.

1. Receive the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts
2. Election of life members
3. Election of Officers
4. Members of the Committee
5. Ratification of the draft Constitution and Code of Conduct

For the transaction of any business in respect of which notice in writing shall have been given to the Secretary no later than fourteen (14) days before the date fixed for the holding of the meeting, and for the transaction of any general business.

Twenty members present at an Annual General Meeting shall constitute a quorum.

A copy of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts, shall after adoption, be signed by the Chairperson of the meeting.

Expressions of interest are also being sought for the following roles for 2023:

• Club Captain
• Secretary
